In order to make your stay with us as pleasant and safe as possible, please observe the following rules.

1. Check-in time is 11 a.m.

2. Check-out time is 11 a.m.

3. Late check-out will be charged $45 and check-out after 6 p.m. is charged for a full day

4. Check-in receipt must be placed in your RV and visible at all times

5. No installing clothes lines is allowed

6. No space heaters are allowed

7. No generators are permitted to be used in the park

8. No wood burning fires or open fires are allowed. Please use BBQ’s and Hibachis

in approved containers only.

9. No pets over 40 pounds are allowed. We also do not allow bully breed dogs.

10. You are required by law to pick up after your pet. Please walk your pets outside the RV park.

11. Pets must be inside of your RV at all times and must be on a leash when being walked outside.

12. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

13. Visitors and their vehicles must check-in with the front office upon arrival. Unidentified vehicles will be towed away at owner’s expense.

14. No visitors after 10 p.m.

15. Please park your vehicle within your assigned space. In order to park your vehicle anywhere else, you must obtain a parking pass from the office and display the parking sticker on the window.

16. No vehicles are allowed to park in any RV space and will be towed.

17. No vehicle washing, repairing or oil changing allowed.

18. No let os sublet allowed.

19. Duration of stay is limited to 28 days.

20. No washing dishes or utensils in the restrooms.

21. Speed limit within the park is 5 MPH.

22. Management reserves the rights to relocate you to another space if needed, at no cost to the park.

23. The Park is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

24. No motorcycles, minibikes, scooters, skateboards or ball playing. Children must be supervised at all times.

25. Place garbage on the curb in front of your motorhome or place it in the nearest garbage bin.

26. Storage of items underneath or around your RV is not allowed.

27. No cancellations on 4th of July holiday. Cancellations are required to be made 7 days prior to arrival in order to not receive penalty. Cancellations within 7 days of your scheduled arrival will result in fee of one night of stay.

28. Please keep the park clean. Thank you for your patronage and enjoy your stay.

29. We reserve the rights to refuse service to anyone.

30. Fail to renew for over stay will result in vehicle towed away at owners expense if the space is needed.
